All communications between our firm and the user are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e-commerce services for secure communication. We also store your files encrypted when they are at rest on our servers, adding an additional layer of security. To protect against data loss, our servers are equipped with technology that automatically mirrors all data in real-time to two separate locations. Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.

Our Team
Frances Finicle Arriaga, CPA, MS
Fran started with the firm in 1984. She worked with Wally to develop relationships with clients. In 1992, she became a partner and dedicated her time to her clients.
Fran graduated from the University of New Orleans magna cum laude with a BS in marketing and in accounting and with an MS in accounting. She passed all four parts of the CPA exam in one sitting. Her professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPAs.
Zane Z. Szegfu, CPA
Zane joined the firm in January 2012 to focus on providing tax planning, consulting and research to fit our client’s needs. He has worked in both public accounting and industry since 1994. His diversified work experience has provided him with insight on how to best serve our clients. His professional experience includes manager level positions with large local public accounting firms and job costing for large international oil and gas companies. Zane became a partner in June 2012.
Zane graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. In May 1999, he passed all four parts of the CPA exam in one sitting. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana CPAs where he sits on the Federal Tax Committee, and is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor.
